Key Responsibilities:

• Client Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.

• Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

• Problem-Solving: Develop creative and efficient solutions to address client issues promptly.

• Adaptability: Adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client needs and business environments.

• Tools: Use JIRA and Confluence for ticket management to thoroughly document all service requests in a repeatable way to ensure consistent reporting to the client and to document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaboration: Team player who works with team to streamline business processes and team efficiency.

• Training: Develop and support training team members and clients.

• Conduct research and analysis on project initiatives, conducting analytics across key project and business metrics.

• Curate content and project repositories to support technical writing and internal proposal development.

• Provide program management support to project and capture managers.

• Work effectively within teams to gather, analyze, and present data findings, ensuring clear communication of recommendations to stakeholders.
