About the program: The North Carolina Enrollment Broker Request to Move (NC EB RTM) program helps Medicaid beneficiaries navigate their healthcare options by facilitating enrollment and transitions between managed care plans.

This program ensures individuals receive appropriate services by assisting with plan selections, provider transitions, and other enrollment-related processes.
