QUALIFICATIONS:


* Health - Ability to meet performance requirements.

Education and Training:


* Master's degree from an accredited program


* Valid unencumbered nurse practitioner or physician's assistant license to practice in this state


* Maintains license and malpractice insurance


* CPR certification


* Professional experience in the practice of geriatrics preferred


* Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements


* Current knowledge of infection prevention and control according to current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to IPC practices in the center
