Hotels and Real Estate Segment Leader-DE MEA

We are looking to hire a Hotels and Real Estate Segment Leader for DE MEA.

Responsibilities:


* Develops and implements sales and business development strategies for complex, multi-business solution-based sales and services through the segments to achieve business growth, increased margin, and a high level of customer satisfaction.


* Be able to articulate Schneider Electric's Value Proposition for differentiation and alignment to the end user's needs.


* Drives collaboration across all Schneider Electric businesses and with Regional Sales Leaders to evolve our organization to effectively deliver comprehensive solutions and services to our strategic and targeted customers.


* Holds the team accountable for the successful execution of large, complex projects from design phase through execution.


* Builds relationships at the C level with targeted end users and other Executive Level members of the value chain.


* Implements and maintains a performance measurement process including revenue, orders, and pipeline management


* Creates a dynamic work atmosphere to motivate employees and create an innovative, collaborative, and winning team.


* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the end-user market segment, expanding the customer base and driving customer acquisition.


* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


* Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to anticipate customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.



* Must have a minimum of 10-15 years of highly successful, varied experience in field sales, key/strategic account sales, business development and marketing.

Experience in identified Building Segments preferred.


* Must be an open minded, quick learner, systems minded leader who can think through the integration of new technologies and differentiate our solutions.


* Must be able to effectively challenge the status quo, network both upwards and downwards, and collaborate and influence within a complex, global organization.


* Must be a self-confident and skilled communicator who has demonstrated the ability to build high level relationships at the C level and influence across functional boundaries.


* Must have well developed strategic planning skills and be able to effectively articulate and communicate sales and business strategies.


* Must prioritize team development, emphasizes, and consistently utilizes performance management and employee development tools and has demonstrated the ability to lead organizations.
