Material Flow Intern

What will you do?


* Collaborate on validating the material flow throughout the plant to develop a plan that optimizes space and resource utilization.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Map material flow routing for all lines, including walking distances and interruptions.


* Analyze material consumption per rack in each area to define a strategy.


* Initiate the development of a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) to identify ways to reduce movements.


* Review parameters for each part to ensure they are set up correctly.


* Ability to read BOM


* Ability to manage data thru Excel.


* Good Analytical skill


* Knowledge on Excel


* Knowledge on Material Flow process


* Knowledge on BOM and Where use reports


* Must have good communication skills


* High School diploma.


* Enrolled in post high school education program
