Your Role:


* Project Management: Oversee small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget.


* Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and paving the way for future opportunities.


* Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to maximize opportunities.


* Profitability: Manage project profitability, including forecasting and cash flow.


* Compliance: Ensure adherence to Schneider Electric processes and quality standards.


* Community Participation: Share best practices within the Project Management Community of Practice.


* Safety Oversight: Monitor health, safety, and environmental policies during site activities.


* Cybersecurity Management: Address risks linked to suppliers and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For:


* Education: Degree in Engineering or a related field; PMP-A certification is a plus.


* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a project environment; plant or engineering experience is advantageous.


* Language Skills: Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.


* Mobility: Willingness to travel for projects.


* Skills: Strong technical background, knowledge of Customer Project Process (CPP), familiarity with ERP systems, and ability to manage multiple projects.
