What You Will Do

The Material Supply Management Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and agility of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support our business goals.

He/she would define, implement and track the right material strategy by collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver service, inventory, resiliency and cost.

Main responsibilities:


* Being the interface with suppliers for all materials related topics with close collaboration with cross-functional teams, which may include representation from Plan, Source, Deliver, Internal and External manufacturing sites, R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.


* Establishing strong cooperative relationships with suppliers to improve communication, share critical information and to ensure KPIs such as sOTIF and compliance are met, while driving root cause investigation and continuous improvement.


* Defining & driving materials planning strategy, including alternative plans to mitigate and anticipate high probability risks, define inventory levels and operating models with suppliers.


* Ensuring materials availability for the mid to long-term horizon and facilitating resolution of structural gaps in availability.


* Lead crisis management forum and support/facilitate material allocation when required and communicate materials risks to relevant stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For


* Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent is a plus and over 7 years experience in one or more relevant functions including


* Planning, Source, Engineering, R&D, Quality Assurance or Supply Chain Operations.


* Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, inventory optimization techniques and data analysis tools.


* Proactive thinker and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate business objective into concrete action plans.
