Assistant Brand Manager, DMX (Digital Media Excellence) Marketing

This position reports into Brand Manager and is based at Tokyo, Japan.

The team you will join

DMX (Digital & Media Excellence) team belongs to Marketing Department along with Brand Team.

We focus on responding to the evolving media environment and diverse consumer lifestyles.

Our role includes strategic media planning, PR exposure, budget optimization, and ROI improvement to together, deliver and be responsible for the brand growth and business result.

What you will do

As a member of DMX team, you will partner with Brand Team to contribute the brand growth and business delivery, through identification of effective media & PR strategies related to the brand; Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, Tylenol®, Listerine®, Johnson's® and BAND-AID®, and execution of impactful campaigns.

You will be responsible for overall media & PR strategy development to execution, along with the clear KPI setting and achievement.

Key J ob R esponsibilities


* • PR: Develop and execute effective PR strategies and plan in collaboration with agencies.

This includes media relations, securing publicity and tie-up exposures, planning and implementing events, etc.


* • Influencer management: As to tie up with the PR strategies and plans, manage influencer relationship well with our Kenvue brands and evolve it as a capability of organizations.

Leverage them to grow and cultivate Kenvue brand value, and business growth through contents creation to ad boosting.


* • Budget Planning: Optimize budget allocation across various media channels to maximize ROI.


* • Performance Tracking: Set and improve ROI targets, monitor, track, and report key media performance metrics, and leverage insights to refine future strategies.


* • Internal and External Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identify and utilize resources to deliver innovative solutions.
