Key Responsibilities:


* Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans


* Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to residents


* Monitor resident progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist


* Educate residents and families on exercises and safety techniques


* Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress


* Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications:


* Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Commitment to high-quality resident care
