Requirements:


* Current BLS - Healthcare provider certification (no online-only courses accepted); we can help coordinate!


* Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence of" communicable diseases


* Current PPD or Chest X-ray


* Two professional references (RN's or LPN's that you have worked with before)


* We will run a detailed, national Criminal History Report; must have no activity listed


* Pre-employment drug screening (scheduled at no cost to you)
