Local area Long Term Care facilities have several shifts available and we need YOU to help us get them filled! If you are a CNA with certification in Indiana, and have at least 3 months of experience within the last 2 years; PLEASE GIVE US A CALL!  We have streamlined our application process (get started online, complete it when YOU have time...not just when our office is open) and we will guide you through the application, credentialing, and new hire process.

Job Requirements:


* Indiana CNA Certificate (REQUIRED)


* Must have at least 3 months of Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years (names and dates of places of employment must be provided)


* Current BLS CPR Certification (online-only certifications not accepted)


* Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence of" communicable diseases


* Current PPD or Chest X-ray (we can provide at no cost to you if you require)


* Two Professional References


* Criminal history report with no activity listed (we will obtain at no cost to you)


* Additional credentials may be required upon hire or per contract.
