Customer Support Administrator

iMDsoft, a leading global provider of cutting-edge clinical information systems for the entire range of clinical environments, is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our Customer Support department in the Tel Aviv offices.

We are looking for a talented, independent, and motivated Administrator, a vital role for the smooth running of the department, to support the day-to-day operation of the Customer Support department.

We work in a hybrid model – 2 days per week from the office.

Company Location: Tel Aviv (Kiryat Atidim)

Key responsibilities include:


* Responding to customer requests and inquiries


* Create and update Support Cases in the CRM system and monitor Support inbox


* Manage Customers access to the Support Service tools


* Manage Hotfix Requests in-front of R&D


* Maintaining the department’s files and documents


* Communication with customers by emails


* Providing administrative support to management and Support staff


* Preparing an afterhours work schedule for the team

Requirements:


* Ability to learn and utilize internal systems


* Detail-oriented and ability to multitask


* Excellent communication skills


* English - Excellent level


* Strong organizational and administrative skills


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
