Koch Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter who will be dedicated to supporting Guardian Industries.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, handling a diverse range of openings across various functions.

This role is based in one of our hub locations to include Auburn Hills, MI, or Wichita, KS with a hybrid work schedule.

Our Team

As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Our team is distributed across various Koch subsidiaries, but we work in a collaborative environment where being agile and curious about working across businesses and functional areas is encouraged.

What You Will Do



* Own end-to-end recruitment process: Collaborating with hiring supervisors to develop effective recruitment strategies, evaluate internal and external candidates based on technical business needs and alignment with our principles.


* Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, both internally and externally to Koch.


* Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process.


* Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent, making Guardian Industries a preferred employer in the marketplace.


* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their short and long-term needs.


* Stay updated and advise the business on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top technical talent.


* Adhere to and provide guidance on internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment or agency.


* Experience utilizing Sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZoomInfo.


* Experience cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with internal or external customers.


* Experience managing multiple priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.


* Applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience.

* Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for corporate and manufacturing roles.
