IT Network Analyst

Your Job

The IT Network Analyst provides both onsite and remote support to our users in the North America region.

Based at our Longview, TX site, with occasional travel to other sites in Texas Region.

This role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of our global IT infrastructure, including site Infra OT (Operational Technology).

This position involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing IT and part of OT systems, networks, and services to support the company's operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, impeccable analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, dynamic environment.

This role may require occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global team members and projects.

Travel may be required (approximately 10%) to various INVISTA locations for project support and collaboration.

What You Will Do


* Network and Security Support:



* Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and identify, diagnose, and resolve complex network-related issues.


* Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities, perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Infrastructure Monitoring and Analysis:


* Continuously monitor the performance and health of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services using advanced monitoring tools and dashboards.


* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to detect potential issues and analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance.

System Administration and Maintenance:


* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, ensuring system stability and reliability.
