Koch Capabilities (KCC) is looking for a Payroll Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Atlanta office.

We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor who's primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

You will oversee the payroll team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data and ensuring that all payroll-related activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

This role will be responsible for North America Payroll and Garnishment management.

What You Will Do



* Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.


* Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


* Utilize economic thinking to optimize payroll processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.


* Foster a culture of sharing knowledge and continuous learning within the payroll team.


* Take active part in ongoing projects and transitions of HR work.

Close collaboration with HR Business Partner, Talent Solutions, HRIT and HR Compliance

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

* Experience establishing partnerships across teams and influencing management, peers, and subordinates in an inclusive style to leverage their abilities and knowledge.


* Experience building relationships and developing talent; individually and organizationally.


* Canadian Payroll experience with 2 years of payroll processing in multiple provinces.


* Experience in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.


* Experience in payroll software (SAP, Dayforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
