Your Role: Manufacturing Operational Excellence Leader

As the Operational Excellence Leader, you will be a key part of the team at the Clinton Labs and Terre Haute sites, driving the implementation of OpEx principles to improve operational performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the OpEx agenda, including training, cost savings plans, and lean maturity assessments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:


* Coach and instill OpEx principles, including process variability reduction, lean elements, root cause problem solving, and waste reduction.


* Own and manage the annual cost savings plan and ensure successful completion of OpEx training requirements.


* Lead the annual Site Self-Assessment and collaborate with business leaders to develop and deliver OpEx goals across departments.


* Develop and implement an OpEx management control system with monthly metrics to track progress and improvement.


* Facilitate site meetings and track actions to ensure continuous improvement and successful project execution.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent relevant work experience of 5+ years)


* Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support roles.


* Top 2 skills: Strong coaching and influencing abilities with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Supervisor or leadership experience, either formal or informal.


* Experience with statistical analysis and implementing digital solutions.


* Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification in Lean or Six Sigma.


* Strong project management skills and business acumen.


* Ability to adapt to change and drive improvement initiatives.
