Position Overview:

As the Product Owner for the Vision Americas Digital Experience squad, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our digital marketing solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and front-end improvements on our professional and consumer facing websites, that align with our product strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for the US market, aligned with overall company objectives and the team's overall strategy.

Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the business strategy and delivers maximum value to the customers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of product features on time and within scope.

Shape user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, providing clear guidance on product features and functionality.

Release Planning: Participate in release planning and coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality releases, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features and inform future development decisions.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive improvements in marketing strategies.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes, data flows, order flows, and other key process and features of platform.

User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, incorporating insights into the product development process to continuously improve and enhance all stages of the customer journey.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to find opportunities for innovation.
