What do you get to do in this position?



* Technical supervision of HW & SW resources for current and future projects according to the portfolio roadmap

• Develop technical competency and proficiency in the team aligned with the ambition of the local and regional organization.

• Establish individual and collective performance goals for the team, as well as their periodic review and annual performance evaluation

• Provide productivity tools to the team for the execution of tasks, as well as the necessary training for their use.

• Facilitate the formation and growth of a "Digital Network" in North America in order to promote structured career plans aligned with the business

This job might be for you if you have the following qualifications:



* 8+ years of experience developing embedded systems (software and hardware)Technical knowledge of electronics, controllers, inverters, and firmware integration at the device level


* Knowledge of C/C++, Python and repository management through DevOps


* Knowledge of DFMEA, FTA, Reliability and Safety assessments


* Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, robotics or similar.

Desirable master's degree

General knowledge of manufacturing processes (electronics, assembly and end of line testing)


* 5+ years of experience working under Agile methodology


* Excellent communication and execution management.

5+ years of experience managing work teams


* Advanced English.
