Manager Engineering

Summary:

This position will manage the engineering function.

Essential Functions:



* Lead an engineering team to determine the most effective means of meeting goals and driving.

continuous improvement/operational excellence.


* Support new product development, product qualifications and new product launches.


* Prioritize project work and capital budget recommendations.


* Support quality system integration and compliance.


* Support facilities needs and growth and help ensure safety and environmental compliance.


* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree


* 8+ years of engineering experience


* 4+ years supervisory experience


* Experience with leading projects
