Data Governance Product - Product Manager

As a Product Manager, within our Data Governance Product Team, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

Job responsibilities:



* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results with our technology partners in an agile framework


* Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work to generate new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement, including increasing product adoption and improving user engagement


* Manage change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment, articulating the current reporting landscape and vision for the future landscape to both end users and senior business audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or data management and governance


* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics


* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management


* Prior experience with data management, data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality

* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrix and complex organization
