In this role, you will:
* Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly preventative maintenance activities including work and parts preparation.
Actively participate in failure analysis and equipment/ systems troubleshooting.
* Provide routine maintenance training to team members.
Participate in cost effective decision making, identifying, and maintaining critical spare part inventory levels.
Lead and execute repairs on high-speed manufacturing equipment.
* Actively participate in the design, implementation, and upgrade of all reliability programs.
* Develop and document reliability activities such as PM development and health check findings.
* Set up and operate all types of mechanical tools which could include general machinist tools and alignment devices.
* Proficiencies in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high-speed rotating equipment and safe execution of rigging and large equipment transportation.
