Position Summary - This position handles parts requirements of Back Parts Counter Sales Staff and Service Technicians

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.


* Handles parts requirements of Service Technicians


* pulls parts correctly


* Read work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped


* Places parts in the appropriate area for service pick up and/or contacts Service department to notify that part is available.


* Adds Service Department parts to RO and issues to technician in a timely manner


* Assists in keeping back parts area clean


* Packs core and warranty for return.


* Performs cycle counts.


* Assists with physical stock inventory


* Other duties as assigned
