In this role, you will:


* Manage Purchase Order Acknowledgment and create Purchase Order


* Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and manage the business queries


* Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned activities


* Ensure PRs are complete and accurate before conversion to Purchase Orders (PO) and release purchase orders (PO) within agreed timeline


* Log-in and follow-up PRs that could not be converted to POs and released within agreed timeline


* Coordinate Vendor Master Data process


* Contribute to testing of process improvement opportunities.

* Previous equivalent work experience in procurement operations is a benefit


* Fluent English and German (both written and oral)
