In this role, you will:


* Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for Gen AI, focusing on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.


* Lay out comprehensive roadmaps for Gen AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.


* Lead the creation of cutting-edge prototypes to explore new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.


* Architect and optimize large-scale backend systems, prioritizing performance, scalability, and low latency.


* Design and implement advanced algorithms, particularly in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic workflows.


* Ensure high standards of code quality, performing code reviews and refactoring to enhance modularity and maintainability.


* Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering teams and help them to translate prototypes into scalable solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.


* Collaborate with architects to secure design approvals and ensure cohesive system architecture.


* Create compelling demos to showcase new features and innovations to stakeholders and potential customers.


* Continuously monitor and review the latest research papers and publications in the field of Generative AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques into projects.


* Advocate for and implement ethical AI practices, ensuring that AI solutions are fair, transparent, and unbiased.


* Engage with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to drive interdisciplinary projects and innovations.


* Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they meet the desired accuracy and efficiency standards.
