Potential 2k Sign on Bonus 

Responsibilities:


*  Assists the patient with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and dressing..


*  Assists the client with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities.

This includes knowledge in use of assistive devices such as canes, walkers, crutches, and lifts.


*  Independently assists the patient with meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding.

Must have working knowledge of special diets, diet restrictions, and techniques to maintain sanitary kitchen conditions to prevent food-borne illnesses.


* Assists the patient with medication prompts to remind the patient to self-administer his/her medications.


* Identifies changes in patient condition that require notification to the patient’s registered case manager.

Takes vital signs to include temperature, pulse, heart rate, respiratory rate.

Required:


* Certified Nursing Assistant, or any person who has successfully completed a course or courses comprising not less than seventy-five (75) hours of theoretical and clinical instruction in the fundamental skills of nursing in an approved practical nursing or registered nursing education program.

Full-Time

Salary Range:

15.3000 - 25.6500 (BOE)
