The Position

Who we are

Diagnostics Operations Penzberg (DOZ) is the second largest production site within Roche Global Operations and raw material supplier for the entire Diagnostics Division.

As a leading manufacturer of biological and chemical feedstocks, DOZ is an important hub in the global Roche network.

The team "Finance Diagnostics Operations Penzberg" supports the production units in business processes and issues and represents the interface to the management of Global Operations.

Our goal is to ensure the quality and timeliness of processes in a complex organization with the aim of continuously optimizing them.

Shape and discover your perspective with us at Roche Diagnostics Penzberg - as an intern / working student (m/f/d) in the area of Finance Business Partnering / Reporting.

Your tasks and responsibilities


* During your internship, you will work in an agile matrix organization and gain a comprehensive insight into finance and the pharmaceutical industry


* You will support our team in shaping the transformation and independently take on individual work packages in the area of month-end closing and budget planning


* With a focus on data and reports, you ensure simple and clearly structured availability of the relevant data and contribute independently and in a results-oriented manner to continuous improvement


* In addition, you will provide support in management reporting and in the creation of internal training and concept documents

You are best suited to this position if you have the following qualifications:


* Education: a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study


* Passion: You have a high affinity for data preparation, structuring and analysis 


* Mindset: "Take life as an opportunity"; you want to constantly develop yourself and enjoy learning new things, immersing yourself in new topics and are happy to take on challenges


* Personality and working style: proactive, conceptual thinker, analytical, highly result and problem solver, structured, team player


* Experience and know-how: confident in using Google Applications, Tableau and SAP (desirable)


* Languages: very good German and English
