Your To Do's:



* Understand the trends of target segments and targeted competitors by analysing market data, norms and customer habits


* Be the voice of the customer by revealing customers' needs, pains and willingness to pay


* Define the Unique Value Proposition of the future product line and the business models to achieve our goals


* Responsible for the Marketing Business Plan and the New Offer Business Plan


* Define the marketing specification of the new offering in an Agile process


* Manage the specification's changes and renouncements

Your Profile:



* A degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) in electrical engineering, automation technology or a related field


* An additional degree in Marketing will be a plus


* At least three years of experience in a marketing position


* Mandatory extensive knowledge and experience in the field of industrial safety


* Strong team player, ability to work successfully with multicultural teams in an international and multi-sites environment


* Willingness to travel internationally (maximum 20%)


* Fluency in English, German and French language skills are advantageous
