Compliance Analyst

Summary

This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Enforcement.

It reports directly to the Enforcement Compliance Director and is part of the Enforcement Compliance Team, which monitors compliance with Bureau enforcement orders and collaborates with Enforcement staff and other stakeholders to take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Analyst, you will:


* Plan and implement monitoring of entities and individuals subject to enforcement orders.


* Independently conduct research utilizing a wide range of investigative tools to determine compliance or identify potential order violations.


* Manage, analyze, and coordinate review and handling of compliance submissions and communications from defendants and other entities.


* Respond to time-sensitive, substantive, and complex order compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.


* Ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking of order compliance to support reporting.


* Respond to time-sensitive, substantive, and complex order compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.


* Travel Required

Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
