We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic development team.

As our new Scrum Master, you will focus on guiding teams in delivering efficiently, emphasizing agile principles, ensuring continuous improvement, and keeping teams focused on both customer needs and technical excellence.

To stand out, showcase your experience, your technical understanding, ability to scale agile practices, and your facilitation skills.

Having a strong grasp of SaaS-specific challenges and a customer-centric mindset will set you apart from other candidates.

This is a REMOTE opportunity- however we are expecting you to be based in UK and able to travel to our Birmingham office on occations.

 Our Scrum Master will focus on:


* Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.


* Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.


* Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


* Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their goals.


* Report on team progress, challenges, and achievements to the Development Director and upper management.

To be successful in this role you will require:


* Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, preferably in a software development environment.


* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management.


* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.


* Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.


* Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, etc.)


* Experience with distributed scrum teams.


* Knowledge about the SAFe agile framework.
