Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking a part-time year-round Electrical/Software Engineering co-op to join our Vehicle Solutions/Sensor team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on our automotive solutions to support next generation sensor modules, including products such as Current Sensors, Road Noise Cancellation Sensors, Radar Sensors and more!

What You Will Do

Software Design and Development


* Perform updates to existing product's software functions as needed


* Support Identification of primary and alternate electronic components for new product concepts


* Setup and test software concept designs of new products


* Support debugging of faulty product samples

Design Verification & Product Validation


* Perform tests to record software sensor modules using software test tools and electrical measurement equipment such as multimeter, DSO


* Perform tests to record product specific test parameters using specialized tools


* Support test engineers with test setup

Concept Demonstration Support


* Using pre-designed concepts, collect and process test data


* Setup test vehicle to support concept demonstration


* Generate and share report with engineering team

Other Duties


* Create, submit, and track crimp requests


* Track inventory supply of harnesses, terminals, electronic components etc.


* Inventory removal and submission requests

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Enrolled in an Electrical Engineering or similar degree program


* Eligible for full-time employment starting December 2025 - December 2026.


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
