GM - Digital Buildings Launch Leader

Define, Prepare and Share Services Launch Package

• Define relevant assets (in general) for Launch into Services in alignment with Line of Business Services Offer Management team

• Ensure integration of Services launch assets into launch asset template

• Publish & promote within DB launch community (Line of Business, commercial) for a common understanding and efficiency moving forward

Boost Digital Buildings Services Launches

• For relevant offers, establish the Services launch package together with the Line of Business team

• Promote these launches in the Services community: work with country offer managers & Services Category Managers to establish a launch/boost plan for these offers in Services (forecast & launch plan)

• Follow-up on the launch execution in Services organization & measure the performance

Digital Buildings Services Presence

• Ensure new offer presentations deliver compelling value propositions to sell into Services (when applicable)

• Promote Services offers to the Services community (Service leaders, Service sales, Field Service technicians) in Open Lines and other forums to increase visibility and uptake

• Update forecast templates to mention specifically the quantities sold through Services

• Update country launch template with Services section

• Work with Finances teams to allow tracking of sales into Services

Digital Offers of Digital Buildings Services Launches

• Support the preparation, execution and follow-up of digital Services launches in alignment with the Services Category Managers.

Qualifications

Education:

Working Experience:


* Preferred University Master's degree (Engineering and/or Business)

• 6+ years of Digital/Software/Saas/HVAC/Energy Management/Industry Automation


* 5+ years of Sales/Offer Marketing/ Services experience

• Product / offer marketing, how to position the offerings, understanding marketing plan

Others (e.g.

language skills, technical skills):

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Project management skills: organization & rigor

• Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent and open to feedback

• Strong skills using Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proactive: self-motivated, highly adaptable and a great problem solver.
