Inside Sales Account Manager

What will you do?

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development
Manager.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our market presence
and drive growth for our Smart Building software solutions under the Digital Enterprise Software
team.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building,
and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and generating qualified leads.

This is an
exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a pivotal role in our company's growth
and innovation journey.

Your success will be driven by your ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and
industry dynamics.

You will act as a trusted liaison to our prospects, leveraging your knowledge
of our products and solutions to address their current and future needs.

The ideal candidate is a
proactive self-starter with a proven track record in a team selling environment, capable of
building strong executive-level relationships and driving demand to close deals.

* Identify New Business Opportunities: Target companies that are an ideal profile for
our Digital Enterprise Software solution powering smart buildings.


* Communicate Value Proposition: Effectively articulate the challenges our personas
face and Schneider Electric's smart building technology value proposition in a well organized and thoughtful manner.


* Generate Qualified Opportunities: Achieve monthly targets through a multi-channel
approach including phone calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn.


* Lead Qualification: Thoroughly qualify leads through strategic questioning and active
listening to uncover potential pain points and gaps in their current processes and
technologies.



* Pipeline Management: Take ownership of your prospecting pipeline and ensure strong
CRM hygiene by keeping records up to date.


* Event Participation: Attend events and conferences with the aim of lead generation.
Inbound and Outbound Process Management: Oversee the entire inbound and
outbound process.


* Lead List Curation: Curate lead lists and targeted outbound campaigns.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to create and
nurture leads, and provide feedback on campaigns to optimize our lead generation
process.


* Partnership Development: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to uncover and
generate opportunities.


* Support Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives during
discovery calls and demonstrations.


* Manage Partnerships: Help generate leads with current and future partners.
