For this position to be successful, the incumbent should meet the following qualifications:


* Must possess bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, in Business or a technical field


* Must have experience leading a manufacturing department with 100 people.


* Must have experience managing medium to large manufacturing operations.


* Must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in heavy industrial manufacturing


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
