What You Will Do

Responsibilities

• Lead the IBP/S&OP Process for the CEE Selfcare business in collaboration with local and regional Teams.

• Measure, track and report performance of forecast accuracy KPIs and improve the Service and Inventory levels.

• Setup and ensure close collaboration with other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, other Supply Chain functions etc.

driving an E2E operational efficiency agenda.

• Generate and update system forecast for OTC (Over the Counter) products, product roll outs and take ownership for Slob avoidance

• Act as Supply Chain's single point of contact to commercial organization and represent the supply chain in Squad Team

• Looks for new ways to achieve an optimal demand signal and planning performances

• Become an expert in the use of all planning and reporting systems.

• Coordinate product availability with local and regional functions for a best-in-class supply chain

• Monitoring of product version changes in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics.

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain

• Experience with ERP (SAP R3, APO and BW) or Anaplan, very good Microsoft Office user skills with focus on Excel.

• Ability to translate market intelligence to forecast and to build strong collaborative relationship

• Self-starter, working independently and with minimal direction

• Proactive thinker with ability to see the big picture but being able to debate the details.

• Fluent English and Polish
