 Job purpose

The purpose of the QA role is to monitor and mentor Community Teams, to ensure all centres are performing at their best through a consistent Way of Working.

Quality Auditors inspect ‘people, products and customer’ in each centre to create action plans for the Community Teams.


* Identify areas of low performing team members /centre standards and products /customer service; set relevant actions for improvement.


* Work closely with centre teams and field leadership to set relevant actions for improvement, then oversee the implementation of training and processes to improve centre performance.


* Maintain and foster strong/positive working relationships with centre teams and field leadership.


* Prepare/present/monitor assigned centre performance.


* Maintains regular communication with centre teams, field leadership, and direct line management to determine progress in meeting the essential goals and objectives set for their centre/market.


* Performs various investigations and/or audits as needed or as recommended by leadership.

Position Requirements:


* Knowledgeable in IWG policy /operations best practice.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Adaptable to changing requirements and business updates


* Flexible with location and/or able to travel.


* Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritise workload.
