About the role

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our Developing & Emerging Customer (DEC) Sales team.

Reporting to a Customer Business Manager, you will work together to manage Kimberly-Clark’s high growth customers: Costco, Aldi, Baby Bunting and Amazon.

You will develop knowledge as to how the Developing & Emerging client channel works, along with building fundamental account management experience.

It is a great opportunity to further continue and grow your career within the Sales team and work your way to National Account Management level and beyond.

Further Responsibilities include but not limited to:


* Build and manage the relationships with key stakeholders within Cosco, Aldi, Baby Bunting to deliver sales growth in line with overall customer financial targets


* Support the Customer Business Manager, Amazon & E-Commerce with managing the Amazon business to unlock growth opportunities


* Achieve superior competitive advantage for KCA by developing and maintaining strong trading relationships with all stakeholders for nominated customers


* Create annual customer Joint Business plans in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver against growth targets


* Create promotional programs within guidelines, launch plans for NPD ranging, and utilise tools & platforms to negotiate trading terms to execute annual plans


* Support the Customer Business Manager with overall channel management activities including: forecasting, financial management, category analytics, brand performance reporting, field intelligence, tools and resources

About You:

To be successful in the role, you are someone that brings forward experience in FMCG in a Sales and Customer engagement environment, Account Management or Field Sales position.

Demonstrated compelling and collaborative communication style to influence others, including senior management and other key stakeholders and the ability to operate effectively in cross functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen will be highly regarded in this position.
