J&J MD POLAND is recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, located in Warsaw.
Coordinates sales staff through research, modification of sales support and presentation materials and maintains data on appropriate market conditions.

Collects survey data.

Providing a broad range of administration and marketing assistance to support the teams through the completion of diversified marketing activities utilizing an awareness of company policies and procedures.

As well as supporting on project management of marketing programs.

Sales & Marketing support
• Coordinates in the implementation and distribution of promotional and customer support material.
• Coordinates and distributes all promotional material and provides a database of all relevant reprints for distribution
• Manages Marketing collateral & inventory through monitoring and reporting working closely marketing
• Leading marketing budget reconciliation by working closely with BUM and Sales Managers within the Ethicon team
• Identification of cost savings opportunities and process optimization to improve operation of team and resources

Industry meetings, advisory boards & sales meetings
• Coordination and management of Industry events i.e.

Symposiums and Congresses
• Communication with all parties involved and ensure all matters relating to the successful execution of events is carried out with regards to logistics, travel and HCC required documentation
• Identification of venues, management accommodation and itineraries and communication with CEE Marketing team and Field Force as appropriate.

Compliance
• Tracking of HCC agreement letters for HCP-Marketing activities
• Ownership of Records Information Management and ICD
• Compliance Management
• Complete annual HCC, Code of Conduct, Business Conduct training requirements• Advanced/ Proficient English, spoken and written
• Very good analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills essential
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A high degree of flexibility, creativity, and commitment
• In-depth office user skills
• Advanced level of computer literacy level in all Microsoft applications
• Competency in Outlook essential.
• Exceptional organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and assignments
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, teamwork thinking is important
