We are searching for passionate & driven individuals to join our part time internship program in Australia, starting November 2024 for 6 months! As a paid intern, you will join our team on a part-time basis from mid-November until the end of April.

You'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact millions of lives.

We are looking for interns who dare to challenge the status quo, who have an outside-in focus & who are open to truly immersing themselves within our organization, a global FMCG Company.

Our Internship program will also give you the opportunity to better understand your interests within the FMCG industry & a chance to network with industry experts.

What You Will Do

As a Kenvue Intern, you will:


* Take ownership of your individual project, guiding it from inception to successful completion


* Work with an assigned mentor within your team who will prioritize your professional growth and development


* Collaborate & network with your fellow interns & colleagues


* Build lasting internal relationships and get great exposure to different parts of the FMCG industry


* Get involved in all aspects of our business and become a valued team member

What you will be working on

Our 2024/5 Intern project scopes include: Marketing/ Category, Sales, Business Analytics, Technical Operations & eCommerce.
1.

Pharmacy Account Team - you will be working on innovative test cases to make the channel an avenue for growth.
2.

Self Care Category Team - you will be working on driving growth in the eCommerce space, working on our Nicorette portfolio.
3.

Personal Care Category Team - you will be working on bringing external insights in to deliver greater execution & market share gains.
