Travel %: 5%

Pay: $124,000 - $167,000

What you will do

The Generative AI Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in helping Kenvue leverage artificial intelligence to address and streamline complex business challenges.

This position involves working independently and leading projects of varying complexity by adhering to the company's project management methodologies.

The role requires a proactive approach to integrating AI and Gen AI solutions across various business functions, regions and systems.

This role is for a strong technology leader that wants ample opportunity for career development and front-line business impact.

This role leads both technical product and platform teams responsible for critical global Generative AI capabilities.

This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and excellent management skills to in order to shape and influence our generative AI landscape to live into the Kenvue "Digital First" vision.

Key Responsibilities:


* Work collaboratively with teams from different departments and functions to identify opportunities for Generative AI


* Define the objectives and expected outcomes of AI projects, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and practices and are rooted in value and impact


* Define value capture methodologies in conjunction with business stakeholders to effectively track the impact of AI and Gen AI tools and solutions


* Keep abreast of the latest trends, developments and capabilities in Generative AI


* Evaluate and improve business processes in relation to Gen AI applications, recommending enhancements when necessary


* Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments
