What You Will Do?

Being part of Site Leader direct team, this role involves develop, innovate, improve and drive process and projects to manufacturing areas and also to lead a team with daily execution into the plant to reach the best ever results through our operation.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for maintaining & improving manufacturing reliability, directly impact positively OEE and all production system capabilities.

Also includes to work closely with EHS, Quality and all Support Area in order to achieve the continuous improve mindset implementation.

Key Responsibilities :


* Responsible for loss analysis & OEE improvement plan development, execution plan, leadership and results tracking .


* Responsible for Manufacturing transformation initiatives that come to the site.


* Facilitate project management throughout the plant including NPI alignment.


* Execute KOE initiatives for area and assure implementation.


* Responsible for changeover activities including principles, target setting, and leading successful efforts reducing changeover time to achieve challenging objectives.


* Lead data driven troubleshooting & problem solving.


* Develop annual financial cycles (MU, JU, SU and BP).

Coach and train others on these as well.


* Develop your team to work wisely on the day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term goals.


* Deliver effective change leadership - driving business changes while minimizing people impact.


* Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.


* Motivate team members to achieve plan goals.


* Apply reliability expertise to stabilize and improve the operation activities.


* Excel with good oral and written communication.


* Assist in plant initiatives and direct line supervision as needed.


* Administer policies and procedures.


* Requires regular presence on the plant floor.


* Required to work off-shift and weekends as needed.
