Data Analyst, DTC Performance

Responsible for data and analytics in our Direct-to-consumer (DTC) Digital Product team enabling the growth of our brands in line with the company's overall goals and objectives to grow our DTC eCommerce business.

This position reports into the Manager, DTC Operations and is based at Sao Paolo, Brasil .

The Data Analyst role supports the Emerging Channels team .

The Emerging Channels team at Kenvue run the online stores for some of our most loved brands such as Rogaine, Neostrata and Exuviance .

We are a small agile team of motivated individuals who welcome challenges, adapt quickly, strive to acquire new knowledge, learn new technologies , accept new responsibilities, and work well individually, as a team, and with other teams within the organization.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, eCommerce and other Data Analysts in this role.

This role has a tremendous impact on the vision and success of the DTC brands.

It's a unique opportunity to join one of Kenvue's many exciting and unique spaces where we're able to control the full customer experience through from the first moment a consumer lands to us through to post purchase .

You'll get access to fascinating and varied data sets such as orders, promotions and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibility will revolve around Neostrata and Exuviance .

COMMERCIAL



* Lead the weekly commercial reporting for DTC business sharing planned vs.

actual weekly/ monthly/ quarterly / annual revenue



* Update the promotion dashboard to show what promotions we have coming up



* Build the SKU / brand level forecasts accounting for base business, promotions, pea k , increase / decrease in marketing spend etc .



* Work closely with the Demand and Supply Chain teams to plan monthly/ annual volumes to ensure we have product in the right place and right time



* Review prior promotions and lead on the analysis and recommendations for upcoming promotion s informing key decisions around which GWP we should do, what % promos may drive the best performance and on which SKUs etc.
