Role reports to: Asia Pacific Regional FP&A leader

Location: Singapore

Travel %: 10%

What you will do

As the Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A for the Asia Pacific Region, you will be a pivotal member of the Finance team.

You will co-lead the forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for the region and acting as a key finance partner for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) project.

This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive financial performance and deliver valuable insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Planning & Analysis:


* Contribute to the APAC regional business planning and forecast update processes, collaborating closely with senior finance leaders.


* Partner with market and cluster BUF teams, and work alongside the India BUF Capability Center to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial forecast and planning.


* Perform in-depth analysis of sales growth drivers and provide a thorough understanding of key forecast changes leveraging monthly IBP cycles, offering fact-based financial analysis to support regional strategic planning.


* Conduct scenario analysis, assess risks and opportunities, and propose actionable gap closure plans to address potential shortfalls, while identifying fund pivoting opportunities to capitalize on market momentum.


* Challenge business assumptions with a critical mindset, delivering insights that uncover financial opportunities and drive enhanced business outcomes.


* Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:


* Actively participate in the Global Finance Transformation Project, contributing to the design and adoption of future technologies for APAC.
