Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


* Education/Experience:
+ Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
+ Commitment to continuing education to stay updated on best practices.


* Skills:
+ Proficient in data management software (e.g., Casamba, Point Click Care).
+ Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
+ Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions effectively.

Physical Demands:


* Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and assisting patients, with a focus on safety and comfort.


* Visual acuity for close and distance work.
