Hydraulic Component Specialist

Modern Machinery has an immediate opportunity for an experienced technician who is specialized in the rebuild and repair of hydraulic pumps, motors, and hydraulic control valves.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a dealership setting and have a high degree of knowledge in parts reusability and having worked with all manufacturers of hydraulic pumps and motors.

The applicant will be responsible for managing their workload, scheduling repairs with customers, and ordering parts.

The hourly pay range for this position is: $30.00 to $51.00.

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay.

Education and Experience:


* High School diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in diesel technology or related field preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience.


* Prior dealership experience is beneficial.


* Experience with Komatsu & Komatsu Forest as the primary equipment line is preferred, but not required.
