Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating residents' needs, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing therapy to help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities:


* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify occupational therapy needs.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents' ability to perform daily activities.


* Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training.


* Educate residents and their families on techniques to improve and maintain independence.


* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress and treatment plans.


* Stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:


* Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Flexibility to work per diem hours as needed.
