Administrative Assistant

Summary:

This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of a department(s).

Essential Functions:



* Answer and direct phone calls and emails


* Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports


* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department


* Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical


* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment


* Prepare and distribute documents, memos, and reports


* Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars


* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



* High School Diploma or equivalent.

May consider equivalent work expereince in lieu of education


* 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
