Special Projects Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Coordinate efforts between architects and engineers as architectural engineering drawings are created


* Coordinate with governing agencies for permitting of smaller scale minor construction projects, and remodels, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects


* Coordinate bidding process, including but not limited to, collecting & reviewing bids, providing recommendations regarding which bid(s) are accepted, and participating in the final bid acceptance decision-making process


*  Manage smaller scale minor construction projects, including but not limited to, store and fuel reconstruction projects, to ensure that projects are completed per project specs, on time, and on budget


*  Provide value engineering recommendations for projects and bring recommendations to the team


*  Travel to job sites as needed; may require overnight approx.

30% of the time

Qualifications:  Education


* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of College, University or Technical School

Qualifications:  Experience


* 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred


* Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills
