Property Manager

Join our team as a Property Manager of Richardson Court, a 50-unit apartment community located at 1101 South Brake Street, Nashville, NC 27856. 

Pay: $21 per hour  + Quarterly incentive bonus 

Schedule: 30 hours a week | Part - Time

Job Requirements: 


* Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents


* Ability to organize and prioritize work


* Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others


* Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC


* Previous experience in Property Management preferred
