Financial Analysis - Vice President - Home Lending Finance

As a Financial Analysis Vice President in Home Lending PXT, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for key home lending products.

Job Responsibilities:


* Oversee and manage month-end financial reporting processes.


* Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.


* Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.


* Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.


* Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.


* Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics and KPIs.


* Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.


* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


* 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, business management, or a related role.


* Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.


* Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).


* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


* Strong communication and presentation skills.


* Proven ability to manage and develop a team.


* High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and development.


* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).


* Experience in finance industry
