What You'll Do:


* Lead and manage the Sensory Integration Program, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with sensory integration needs.


* Provide direct therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.


* Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing program resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.


* Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:


* Current California license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT).


* Previous experience in sensory integration therapy and program management preferred.


* Strong leadership and team management skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
